Applications for the 2025-2026 Future Lives Here Scholarship Are Now Open!

Yugo (formerly known as Campus Advantage) and Catalyst Marketing are excited to bring back the Future Lives Here Scholarship for its fourth year! This program celebrates our shared dedication to building thriving student communities and supporting your success — academically, professionally, and socially. We’re passionate about providing meaningful resources and exceptional living experiences, including your chance to win $5,000 toward the 2026—2027 school year!

Scholarship Details

  • Application Questions

    On the following application, you'll be asked to answer three of the following prompts. Your answers can be provided in written format (200 words or less per each response), audio format (2 minutes or less per each response), or video format (2 minutes or less per each response). Any video or audio response must be uploaded to the website by the participant.

    • How has (or will) your experience at a student housing community helped you flourish socially?
    • How has (or will) your experience at a student housing community helped you grow professionally
    • How has (or will) your experience at a student housing community helped you succeed academically?
    • What’s one goal you have for the upcoming year, and how can your student housing community help you accomplish this?
    • What does the idea of “home” mean to you? How has (or might) that change while living in a student housing community?
    • What does “The Future Lives Here” mean to you, and how has living at a Yugo (FKA Campus Advantage) community prepared you for that future?
  • Submission Time Frame

    Applications for the 2025–2026 scholarship open on November 3, 2025 at 9 a.m. and close on March 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Following the submission and committee judging process, one final recipient will be selected and notified by mid-April 2026.

  • Applicant Criteria

    The Future Lives Here Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in a two-year college, a community college, or a four-year college or university, or those who graduated in 2024 or 2025.

What to Expect

Applying is easy — it’s just one simple step! You’ll choose three of six prompts designed to help you share your story, goals, and creativity, then submit your responses in written, audio, or video format. Each format will be judged equally, so choose the one that best represents you and your personality. Entries will be reviewed for creativity, originality, relevance to the topic, clarity, and how well they follow the guidelines. One standout applicant will be selected to receive the $5,000 scholarship, awarded after completion of the required paperwork.
